📏 Materials & Dimensions
Each figure is sculpted entirely by hand using a wire armature, polyester resin, polymer-based clay, and acrylic water-based paints, then sealed with protective varnish.
Unless requested otherwise, figures are crafted in a standard 25–27 cm height.


🖼️ Is There a Pre-Sketch?
Yes — before I begin sculpting, my AI assistant (which has been trained to understand and mimic my artistic hediye) will prepare a preliminary concept illustration just for you.

But remember: this is handmade sculpture, not 3D printing. As the artwork takes form through my hands, small artistic differences and personal touches will always be present.
That’s part of the charm — it makes your piece unique.


⏱️ How Long Does It Take to Complete?
Each sculpture takes 3–10 days to complete, depending on complexity.
However, I apply a strict and fair waiting list system.
Your place in the queue determines when your sculpture enters production.


🏠 Where Is Your Studio?
Unless I'm working on large or corporate orders, I prefer to focus on personal commissions in a peaceful, focused home studio environment.
This allows me to work with clarity and full concentration.
Your artwork will be crafted in Turkey and shipped via fast air cargo.


📦 Shipping
I ship worldwide.
Deliveries to Europe from Turkey usually arrive within 1 to 3 days.
I focus my energy on finishing your sculpture beautifully and as quickly as possible — that’s where I put my priority and attention.


📐 Packaging
Each figure is protected with foam cushioning and placed inside a strong cardboard box for safe delivery.
Packaging is designed to withstand both standard and express air shipping conditions.


💳 Payment
I only accept payments via Etsy — this is my strict policy.
For your safety and mine, I never accept direct payments for custom orders outside the platform.

If your payment is not completed via Etsy within 3 days, your order is automatically removed from the queue and another customer may take your place.


🎭 What to Expect (and What Not to Expect)
Each piece is a unique, handcrafted artistic interpretation based on your photo —
not a hyper-realistic wax replica, but an expressive and emotional work of art made from scratch.

No two pieces are ever the same. What you receive will reflect hours of personalized artistic effort.


🙁 What If I Don’t Like It?
Due to the customized nature of each sculpture, returns are not possible.

However, if you truly feel unhappy with your piece, I’ll offer you a few digital artworks as a gift to compensate — because your satisfaction matters.


📸 Do You Share My Figurine Photos?
Sometimes I post photos of completed works, without revealing any personal identity or real photos.

But if you specifically ask me not to share, I will fully respect your privacy and even delete the images.
Your satisfaction is my top priority.
