WHO IS MAKING IT?
Created in collaboration with skilled and experienced sculptors and 3D printing partners.


WHAT MATERIALS DO YOU USE?
I mainly work with polymer-based clay, polyester resin, and acrylic paints.
Depending on the project, I sometimes combine traditional handcraft techniques with 3D printing support.
Each piece is sealed with a protective varnish for durability.


WHAT ARE THE DIMENSIONS?
For personalized figurines, the standard size is usually 25–27 cm tall.
Smaller versions (18–20 cm) or larger VIP editions (up to 35 cm) can be made upon request.
For other types of products, dimensions are clearly stated on each product page.


HOW LONG DOES IT TAKE TO COMPLETE?
Depending on the complexity and my current workload, it takes about 3–10 days to create each figure.
Since I work with a queue system, your order will be scheduled based on available slots.


IS THERE A PRE-SKETCH?
Yes. Before starting, I provide a digital concept illustration prepared with the help of my AI assistant.
Please note that small differences may appear between the sketch and the final sculpture due to artistic interpretation and hand-finishing.
These variations are natural and make each piece unique.


WHERE IS YOUR STUDIO LOCATED?
My studio is based in Turkey, where I focus on custom-made orders in a peaceful work environment.


SHIPPING
I ship worldwide.
Deliveries to Europe typically take 1–3 days via air cargo.
International shipping costs vary depending on the destination.


PACKAGING
Each sculpture is carefully wrapped with protective foam and placed in a strong cardboard box.
Special display cases (such as plexiglass boxes) can be arranged upon request with an additional fee.


PAYMENT
For safety and transparency, I only accept payments through Etsy.
Orders are officially scheduled once payment is completed.


WARRANTY
If any damage occurs during shipping, I provide free repairs. (Return shipping costs are covered by the customer.)


WHAT TO EXPECT (AND WHAT NOT TO EXPECT)
My sculptures are artistic interpretations based on your photos or digital designs.
They are not hyper-realistic wax figures but personalized art pieces.
Every sculpture has unique details and artistic touches.


WHAT IF I DON’T LIKE IT?
Due to the personalized nature of each order, returns are not possible.
However, I always aim for customer satisfaction and will do my best to meet your expectations.


DO YOU SHARE PHOTOS OF COMPLETED WORK?
Yes, I sometimes share photos of finished sculptures on social media.
No personal photos are ever shared, and if you prefer, I will fully respect your privacy.
